Our packages vary in price, items and frequency. Please read each plan below carefully and add it to your cart. Depending on which you choose, you will be charged monthly or weekly for your meal plan until you cancel. YOU are responsible to unsubscribe if you no longer wish to be charged. Please see Welcome email on instructions if you are having issues.

About the Plans
Read before you choose a plan
Custom Keto- our custom meal plan is customized to your personal caloric number.
This plan is ideal for people who wish to lose weight. We measure all of your meals to make sure 70% of your daily calories are put towards fat, 25% towards protein, and 5% towards carbs. It is our goal to put you into ketosis as soon as possible.
You receive 2 meals and a snack, these meals are for 5 days (M-F). You will be responsible for a special coffee or shake and will be given the recipe upon payment. All food is made from scratch. Every one of our clients has received great results. No less than 5 lbs lost in the first week.
All plans have a one time, non-refundable fee of $10.00 when you signup for the cost of the reusable bags.
Lazy Keto- The second plan is our lazy keto plan. This plan does not measure all of your macros but does keep all meals in total under 25 net carbs. This plan is ideal for those who want maintenance or want to do keto for other health reasons such as autoimmune diseases.
This plan comes with 2-3 meals and 1 snack and is for 5 days (M-F). You may also choose breakfast, lunch. dinner or only breakfast or only dinner etc.

All plans do not offer pre-selected menus, we simply ask that you provide us with any allergies or preferences prior and we will accommodate.
We offer couple and family discounts, see the plans that are labeled "Couple" these are for two people.
Cancelation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY:
When purchasing a subscription plan please be aware that you will need to cancel your subscription before the next bill date. YOU are responsible for canceling or skipping your subscription before bill date. If you are having trouble, please refer to welcome email on instructions for canceling or skipping service. Just like our children's program, we always recommend you consulting with your physician first. We will deliver the meals for the time you paid. We have a no return policy. There are no refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL PLANS WILL START ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. This is a custom plan, we will need to calculate your macros prior to starting you on your plan. Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome email, please responds asap so we can start you on your plan with 48 hrs. of responding.
