It all started with wanting to shed some pounds and normal ways weren't doing it.  I came across the "Keto Diet".  I did a lot of research and came up with my own recipes and got amazing results. I would post my food on Instagram and one day, a friend mentioned to me how she wished she could pay me to cook for her. That comment lit a light bulb in my head. After massive amounts of research, The Keto Kitchen Miami was born in January 2019" - Shari (Owner)

The Keto Kitchen Miami is a meal delivery service that specializes in Keto meals. We offer two types of plans, one of them which is our most popular plan is called Custom Keto – our custom meal plan is customized to your personal caloric number.

 

We get this number from them in a specific questionnaire that we send. We measure all your meals to make sure 70% of your daily calories are put towards fat, 25% towards protein, and 5% towards carbs. We offer five and seven-day programs. We cook fresh and deliver fresh daily.

We are most proud of our growth and most of all, results. We have had clients lose more than 60 pounds in a short period of time. Seeing clients get back their confidence is such a humbling experience.

 

 What sets us apart from others is our results and the quality of our food. Not only do we follow all standard rules and regulations when it comes to operating a meal delivery company, we always try to go the extra mile when it comes to satisfying the client. As stated before, we cook and deliver fresh daily. Everything we make is from scratch, from Keto bread to Keto sauces. It’s all made in~house.
